Job Title: Service Engineer _Electrical
Department: Service
Report To: Service Manager
Subordinate: none

工作职责：Responsibilities:

1.Conduct on-site service for Coperion components (feeders, valves,etc.), which comprises installation, start-up,commissioning, trouble-shooting, claim management , training and maintenance.
现场执行、监督我司系统工程部件（喂料机、物料输送阀等）的安装、调试、试车、维护、维修，解决现场发生的一切相关问题。

2.Supervise and execute installation and commissioning of material handling systems. Coordinate all relevant on-site construction works with the installation company/ owner. Monitor site progress and report project status to the Project Management. Schedule tasks and staff in accordance with contract conditions, customer's requirements and cost budget.
监督并实施物料输送系统工程完成后的试车以及与协调安装公司、业主工作配合，按照项目进展以及合同要求，在成本控制范围内如期完成所指派的项目任务。

3. Be in charge of the Electric Design for Colormax feeders and be in charge of the electric design including PLC and diagram program.Improve it as the feedback from Operation and Quality.熟悉电气设计、选型和PLC设计和触摸屏程序编写。根据生产部及质量部的要求进行设计改善。

4. Startup and commissioning of Coperion K-tron feeder and conveying system at customer site.在客户现场负责喂料机和输送系统的调试和开车。

5.Follow-up open issues until completion of project, submit formal acceptance certificate and archive files and documents on server.
跟踪并解决工程技术问题并递交工程验收报告，并把文档在服务器上进行更新及存档。

6.Act professionally at site to achieve full customer satisfaction.
提供专业的服务，并获得客户的满意。

7.Recommend spare parts and preventive maitenamce service to customer.
为客户推荐备件和预防性服务。

Requirements:

1.Graduated from College or above, majored in Electrical Engineer/ Automation with strong electrical background.
2.Above 5 years relevant working experience in site service for chemical/ petrochemical/plastics plants. Experience in feeding and conveying system as well as project management are preferred.
3.Ability to independently analyse problems on site. Customer solutions shall be proposed and carried out in close communication with the Service and Order Handling department.
4.Strong communication skills, result-oriented and with team-spirited, initiative working attitude and high motivation.
5.Willingness to travel frequently, being able to work under difficult condition and be flexible to work overtime and on weekends.
6.Good Chinese and English communication skills, both in speaking and writing are mandatory.
