职位描述：
1. Manage material incoming process and product quality to ensure products meet requirements of ELIX and customer.

2. Lead supplier quality assessment and improvement with sourcing engineer’s support, monitor supplier quality performance with regular report, and drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and process improvements to reduce supplier defects and close the problems.

3. Responsible for customer complaints and quality issues solving, lead customer quality performance management in order to achieve key customer satisfaction.

4. Establish product reliability testing plan (outsource) and implement the testing according to industrial standards or company requirements, achieve and maintain the approvals/certificates-

5. Setup and maintain quality system and procedures, calibrate the measurement devices to ensure all devices are used within period of validity and correct method.
制定维护质量体系和流程
6. Responsible for internal and external quality audit.
负责内外质量审核；参与行业机构等会议
7. Support Sourcing works and other tasks assigned by leader.
支持采购工作以及领导安排的其他工作。

Qualifications:
1. BS degree and minimum 5 years experience in similar role in manufacturing MNC company (prefer in Automotive) for mechanical (magnet/copper wire/machining) and electrical/electronic(PCBA) commodities. Have experience of product reliability and system function testing is plus.
2. Be familiar with inspection methods and ISO9001 & TS/ISO 16949 System.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Be good at in spoken and written English and can talk with team in Vancouver fluently.
