Our Logistics Department is seeking a Logistician.
MISSION:
Organize and coordinate the international logistics operations to secure the project, optimize the cost and ensure the internal client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities are:
？ Participate in the further development of our Logistics Activity
？ Work in collaboration with the Purchasing Team, Internal client(Our construction project all over the world), Supplier and the Freight Forwarder
？ Handling the RFQ’s: analyzing the need of the internal client, dispatching the RFQ, analyzing the offers, negotiation with the Freight Forwarder
？ Manage a Freight Forwarder panel and Logistics Contract
？ Follow-up of the delivery and prepare the shipping documents for customs clearance
？ Complete and Follow the Logistics Reporting

？ Able to work under pressure
？ Capacity to anticipate
？ Able to work in a autonomy way
？ Diligent and available

REQUIREMENTS:
？ University degree (or equivalent) with ideally a major in Logistics
？ Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking in Mandarin and English is a must
？ Knowledge of French is a plus
？ Good computer skills in MS Office
？ At least 3 years working experience in logistics in International environment
