Position: Human Resource Intern

Working Location: 普陀区大渡河路168弄31号北岸长风E栋17楼（靠近长风公园）

Objective of the role:
We are looking for the creative mind and helping hands, who would be a good mix and addition to our current team, who would like to contribute your talents in the important HR projects such as Wechat recruitment platform and strategic hiring project which is going to be launched soon.

Your Role:

1. Work together with the team on the Wechat recruitment platform & employer branding initiatives
？ Update on content such as Wechat essays
？ Coordinate the promotional activities online & offline for China
？ Support in online & offline activities in Bekaert Shanghai office
2. Work together with the team on strategic hiring project
？ Collect and screen the candidate resumes
？ Coordinate the arrangement for interviews and assessment centre etc.
？ Liaise with the candidates on the different process steps
3. Work on the tasks assigned by team

Your Profile:

1. Undergraduate/ postgraduate student with major in Marketing / E-commerce /Advertising / Psychology /Sociology / Literature (English or Chinese)
2. Creative mind, willing and good at innovation
3. Strong oral and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin
4. Hands-on attitude, can follow things through
5. Have interest in HR Marketing & recruitment
6. Previous working experience, especially in HR/Marketing/Communication area is preferred
7. Can work at least 3 days/week, last for 3-6 months
