职位描述：
1. Oversee one or more national studies (if applicable), stand-alone projects or FSPs
2. Develop project schedules of tasks with input from project team members. Identify and communicate the resources necessary for successful completion of the project
3. Ensure that the client and senior management are informed in writing of the status of the project, and that any risks to successful completion are promptly addressed
4. Ensure that assigned projects meet delivery and budgetary targets, track and report KPIs as requested using tools as defined in the PM Connect Methodology or other Project Management tools (MSP, excel, etc…)
5. Conduct all activities according to the defined project-specific quality and performance standards as well as relevant SOPs, ICH/GCP, and local requirements
6. Have an understanding of how Data Management, Programming and Statistics support the clinical trial submission process.
7. Perform other duties as required by the Department

** Requirements
1. Minimum 2 -- 4 + years of experience in a healthcare-related business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job
2. Previous experience in a clinical development environment, or familiarity of SDTM and ADaM data conversion and analysis processes preferred with a focus on programming and statistical analysis, pharmacy or nursing background
3. Good understanding of clinical research and biometrics analysis and terminology, regulatory requirements, ICH GCP and processes
