职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Develop product specifications for new products.
   新产品设计需求制定。
2. Design the HW of products.Some simple chip processor's coding needed.
   主要负责电子硬件电路设计，会使用一些单片机的简单软件编程。
3. Prepare and release of component specifications and Bill of Materials.
   负责器件选型、规格制定和产品BOM制定。
4. Coordinate/organize prototype builds, fault finding, samples tracking, and field evaluation for NPD.
   组织协调产品试制与生产问题处理，故障定位，进行产品的现场研发测试。
5. Generate product test specification to ensure no faulty units is getting out of the Avire factory.
   制定产品的测试方案，会进行系统的故障分析。
6. To lead the internal testing and external field trials of new products to ensure all test items are signed off in a timely manner.
   组织协调产品的内部与外部测试。
7. To be responsible for the product throughout the full life cycle, from concept generation to EOL.
   负责产品从概率到生命周期结束的研发问题处理。
8. To determine test equipment specs for the product team to implement.
   指导测试和产品工程师进行相关的测试。
9. Managing / coordinating engineering changes and maintain detailed design records.
   研发项目的管理与人员的沟通协调。
10. Test lead of all internal and external testing. Personally attend field trail test sites.
   组织内部和外部的研发测试。
11. Customer visit to collect customer feedback and market information, provide technical representation at customer and project related meetings.
   参与客户拜访，市场信息获取，产品技术的推广和讲解。
12. Respond to sales/customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
   针对售前售后的研发技术支持。
13. Occasional travel will be required.
   有少量的出差需求。
Key Skills and Attributes:
Required Skills and Attributes:
1. Demonstrate a track record of analog circuit design and mass produced electronics product development.
   精通模拟电路设计，具有产品规模应用的相关经验。
2. Schematic，4-layer PCB design and circuit simulation (SPIC).
   原理图，4层PCB的设计，能够进行电路仿真，比如SPIC。
3. Minimum 3-years’ experience in analog circuit and PIC/AVR or other MCU design.
   至少3年以上的模拟电路设计，PIC、AVR等单片机设计。
4. Excellent problem solving skills. Extremely proactive to issues/problems and have a can-do/don’t-take-no-for-an-answer attitude.
   良好的问题解决能力，主动解决问题的态度。
5. Be able to complete a task/project from start to finish.
   了解项目管理流程，良好的时间管理习惯。
6. Have excellent interpersonal skills, communicate and express himself / herself and the situation clearly.

7. Have a Bachelor degree or above in electronics (or similar).
   要求具有电子方向，著名大学本科及以上学历。
Desired Skills and Attributes:
1. Excellent reading, writing and spoken English skills to ensure effective communication with UK HQ.

2. Design for EMC experience. Knowledge of EMC specification and test procedures.

3. Programming in C or other languages..
