Responsibilities

• Respond to end-user and partner requests for assistance with company’s products and services.
• Resolve customer issues at post-sales stage via the telephone, e-mails or remote desktop sessions.
• Give feedbacks to development group or product team for a better user experience of the future products.

                

Qualifications

• Proficient language skills both in writing and speaking
• Logical thinking and flexibility
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and resilience
• Strong work ethic, work under pressure
• Passion for communication with people
• Overseas education experience or practical experience in IT industry could be an advantage
