DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
-Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company and its
subsidiaries -负责管理财务部门及公司与子公司的财务账目-Working closely with legal counsel and company secretarial matters as well as overall
statutory compliance with listing rules -与公司的法务部门及公司其它部门紧密合作，确保上市规则一致-Overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, preparing group consolidated accounts,
financial analysis, managing fixed assets and establishing and implementing rigorous control procedures. Maintain good relationship with banks, auditors and investor and be involved in other ad hoc projects as required
-审阅月度、季度、年度报告，编制集团合并报表，财务分析，固定资产管理以及建立和实施严格的控制程序。同银行，审计员保持良好的合作关系并且根据需要参与投资项目
JOB SPECIFICATION 工作要求
-Qualified CPA, ideally with Big 4 training with minimum 5 years relevant experience -拥有CPA 证书，有四大工作经验者优先，且拥有至少5 年的相关工作经验-Proven track record in corporate finance and IPO process -提供相应的证明材料，以证明了解公司财务运作及熟悉IPO 上市流程-Familiar with financial management in China -熟悉中国的财务管理-Fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua -英文及普通话书写、口语流利-Good business acumen with strong analytical and problem solving skills -良好的商业敏锐感及过硬的分析、解决问题能力-Mature, credible, diplomatic, assertive and proactive -成熟稳重、可信赖、自信、做事积极主动、具有交际能力
