职位描述：
1. daily communication with:
-office Merchandiser Team for shipping issues and documents chasing
-with Nominated Forwarders for vessel schedule and shipping issues
-with shippers (suppliers) for shipping problem shooting
-with Inspection Center for logistic issues
-with warehouse for goods in/out/consolidations

2. shipping documents:
-chasing shipping documents after each vessel line
-key in shipping system of each shipment details
-sending shipping documents to France on time

3. coordination with accounting department for payment

4. CTC (China to China) orders follow up and distribution

5.New shipper (supplier) training of our shipping SOP
