Missions :
1. Negotiate prices with supplier
2. Issue Purchase order to supplier
3. Issue Product Specification sheet to supplier
4. Issue requested QC control sheet to supplier
5. Ensure a timely order follow up
6. Gather approval samples in time
7. Arrange QC Inspection procedure with QC Staff
8. Gathers documentation from supplier (Packing list; Supplier’s invoice)
9. Issue documentation for export agent (Packing list, customs papers)
10. Arrange contacts with Forwarders

Requested qualities :
1.To be a fully trustworthy person
2.Be very active
3.Excellent in analysis
4.Taste for oral communication
5.Capability in English language

Experience requested :
1.Maturity of mind is more essential than a long experience
2.Experience in dealing with export business
3.Good sense of organization
4.English knowledge

Offered Terms :
1. Basic 3 K rmb / month depending on qualification
2. Monthly bonus according to attitude and achievement, up to 3 K rmb
3. Shanghai Social Security funds
