职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up accounting/finance team , daily management and development of finance team
-Arranging training to finance staffs
- Checking and monitoring monthly /annual report submission of US/ Local GAAP
- Lead Quarterly/Annual budget of company
-Communicating with all the responsible business departments for their detailed plan
- Preparing Monthly / Quarterly/Annual forecast report & 3year plan to management
- Preparing weekly cash flow forecast report to management
- Closely communicating with business departments for their sales /margin reviewing
- Coordinating internal /external accounting agent and auditors for financial issues
- Assistant GM to monitor business development & decide direction of company
- Setting up financial related control policy & procedure
- Monitoring and controlling budget processing with act vs. forecast vs. plan
- Coordinating with local authorization for the business risk control ( Tax , treasury, bank , Industry & Commercial )
- Monitoring system processing in business/ finance modules

Job Requirements:
-Accounting or Finance management graduated
- Have accounting/Finance experience for more than 8 years in foreign company
- Focus on Finance management function for more than 5 years
- Familiar with financial system , SAP is plus
- Good English , CET -6
- Good Communication
