职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities (essential duties are italicized)
1. Responsible for raw material, MRO and service purchasing.
2. Place purchasing / delivering order according to designation and forecast of production and sales.
3. Negotiate with material and service provider and manage cost-effective initiatives.
4. Adheres to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions and legal matters that affect purchasing policies.
i. Assures sufficiency of material delivery and flow for uninterrupted Production continuity.
ii. Collect and maintain order confirmations to SAP
iii. Follow up delivery dates with vendors and urge deliveries
iv. Communicate delivery delays internally
v. Invoice check and coordination with Finance
vi. Credit note follow up Freight coordination for procured materials together with forwarder
vii. Coordinate and oversee material deliveries to subcontractors
viii. Inventory control
5. Provides excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers.
6. Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times.
The duties described above are not inclusive. Additional duties may be permanently assigned or required from time to time due to the need to respond to customer needs and remain competitive in the marketplace.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
1. College degree in business or related field.
2. At least 1 year progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of international business preferred.
3. Skilled in use of computer and software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
4. Knowledge and experience using ERP/MRP system for purchasing, SAP preferred.
5. Can speak, read, and write English.
6. Ability to contribute in a cross functional collaborative environment.
7. Skilled in multi-tasking.
8. Ability to manage stress.
