职位描述：
1.负责办公室的日常事务性工作，受理来访接待、收发传真、接听电话等工作。
2.协助总经理处理日常事务及各职能部门的联络、协调，做好上传下达工作。
3.协助起草公司各阶段工作总结和其它正式文件。
4.收集各种相关信息、数据、情报，为总经理决策提供参考建议。
5.做好客户资料的收集、整理、更新工作，对客户资料进行科学管理。
6.做好销售合同的签订、履行与管理等相关工作，以及协调处理售前、售中、售后等问题。
7.调查、跟踪、分析客户需求，及时有效地提供客户服务。
8.组织做好客户信息反馈和传递工作，妥善处理客户的意见和建议。
任职要求：
1.本科或以上学历。
2.能熟练运用英语作为工作语言。
3.具有良好的文字功底。
4.具有良好的沟通能力。
5.形象、气质佳。

工作地点：上海静安寺地铁站附近

Job responsibilities:
