职位描述：
Capital Logistic & Transport is an international freight forwarder headquartered in Shanghai with branches in China, Thailand, Singapore, Italy, Turkey, Former Yugoslavia, Romania and Ukraine.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our office Shanghai and develop the local prepaid market (ocean and air)

Main Responsibilities

-Manage independently the business development process on the prepaid market; reporting directly to general manager;
-Ensure sufficient profit on cargo generated locally;
-Deliver excellent customer service to customers;
-Interact daily with carriers and vendors;
-Communicate with customer service manager and operation department, which will run the shipments operation, providing clients requirement;
-Analyze market situation, competitors and suppliers market activity to develop new sales strategies.

Profile

-Minimum College degree in shipping, logistic, transportation or related field;
-At least 5 years of freight forwarder experience required, including at least 3 years in a sales position;
-A previous experience abroad or in a foreign freight forwarder would be considered a plus;
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
-Proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills;
-Sales and development oriented
-Ability to work independently and under pressure;
-Honest, loyal and with a strong sense of responsibility.
