职位描述：
1. 生产过程中不良情况的控制及制造工艺改善；
    Control the defects related with manufacturing process and improve it in production.
2. 产品批产后，负责产品的现场工艺和工程更改，对产品工艺持续改进。
    be responsible for process on site and engineering change after sop. conduct continuously improvement on process.
3. 负责新项目的生产线开发工作。
    Be responsible for developing the assembly cells for the new projects.
4. 开发制造工艺文件；
    Develop manufacturing process documents.
5. 根据工艺流程，会同项目组相关人员策划生产设备和工装，确定过程参数，参与生产设备安装调试。
    according to process flow, plan production equipment and tooling with team member. setting process parameter, participate 6. 分析过程缺陷，协助横向工程师解决相关问题。
    analyze defects in process; assist other engineer to solve issues.
7. 测定节拍时间，不断提高生产效率，推进精益生产;
    Study the cycle time, increase the production efficiency continually and implement Lean-manufacturing.
8. 现场解决生产过程中的突发问题；
    Do the on-site troubleshooting in the production;

Know-How Requirements:
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics or electronics or industry engineering.
    本科学历(或以上)，机械或者电子相关专业或者工业工程
2. Familiar with the use of Solidworks, Auto CAD .
    熟悉Solidworks/AutoCAD等软件的使用
3. Must be familiar with computer operation and have a good command of OA
    熟悉计算机操作和掌握办公自动化
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
    良好的沟通技巧和人际关系处理能力
5. be familiar with the TS/ISO16949
    熟悉TS/ISO16949标准
