职位描述：
Responsibilities&Tasks:
You are responsible for all local purchasing activities according to the VON ARDENNE purchasing processes.
You will ensure alignment with VON ARDENNE purchasing strategies,guidelines and targets.
You will be responsible for the management of orders, contracts and negotiations with suppliers and for the quality assurance of deliveries.
You will conduct supplier qualification as well as continuous supplier development and supplier relationship management, including monitoring of supplier performance and purchase reporting.
Furthermore it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with agreed terms and deadlines.
Qualification and experience requirements:
You have at least a bachelor or bachelor equivalent degree in an engineering related or business economics field of study as well as a minimum of 3 years engineering related working experience.
You have considerable experience in the mechanical engineering and plant equipment building industries.
You have a good knowledge of Chinese suppliers in engineering related industries.
Other requirements:
High ability to work independently and without direct support and supervision
Very good communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work and communicate with foreign nationals
High ability to conduct adequately to local and foreign behavior, high readiness to solve issues at any time
Ability for travelling and training in Overseas
