职位描述：
1、 Follow up the kitchen and station working standard from the head chef ;
2、 Have a good understanding of station MEP standard for all the dishes ;
3、Have practiced and standard technique to follow the cooking process ;
4、Have a good management of station staff to do a good team-work ;
5、Make sure all the MEP and set up is ready before each service period ;
6、Cooperate the junior sous-chef to finish the food service efficiently and perfect ;
7、Arrange the staff to make it clean and tidy after service for each station ;
8、Check and make the daily ordering list and hand over it to Junior sous-chef ;
9、Show the station staff to clean ,label and organize all the food and fridge ;
10、Check every morning and night if all the fridge are working properly ;
11、Check every night if all the equipment,electricity,water and gas button are turned off before leaving ;
12、Have a good attitude and effort and want to improve and to be promoted ;
