职位描述：
Customer care functions
1. Maintain customer database for customer retention purpose.
2. Assist in preparing and driving project plans, program execution for frontline operation, loyalty and corporate events.
3. Prepare and distribute sales & MKT related reports in timely manner.
Sales and Operations functions
1. Assist in preparing and executing project plans.
2. Analyze operational data and explore continuous improvement opportunities.
3. Provide analysis reports and solution suggestions about promotion activities according to Marketing Department requirements.
4. Provide all kinds of CRM analysis data.
5. Organize the customer classification and detailed customer list according to the requirements of Marketing Department.
Qualifications
1. Diploma or above in any discipline.
2. At least 3 years relevant experience in business analysis / data analysis / report writing / preferably in the beauty / luxury retail industy.
3. Experience in client relations and customer service with the desire to meet and exceed customer expectations is an advantage.
4. Good team player, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to meet tight schedule under pressure.
5. Proficient in English and Chinese
6. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc.) and Chinese word processing.
