职位描述：

The Assistant is primarily required to provide support to the Sales Team China. S/he is required to support on sales documentation, preparing bidding files,sales report and organizing sales activities.

Core Actions:

? Prepare documents for sales biding in proper order and on time

? Monitor two official websites, one for new project and the other for bidding info, organize and report update to superior and proper sales managers

? Responsible for share folder for sales team, keep proper record for all project, client, bidding record

? Book business flights and hotels for sales team and incoming visitors where appropriate

? Prepare presentation materials for sales team

? Organize sales meetings and workshops, taking minutes and records as required

Requirements:

? Proper analysis of data and information prior to preparation of sales documents and/or presentation

? Plans and organizes multiple tasks and activities (organizing ability, agenda managing)

? Uses technical knowledge and experience (MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, office management)

? Convincing and persuasive

? Takes responsibility for his/her actions

? Has an in depth understanding of the business environment

? Adapts to new and changing demands and situations

? Execution with efficiency and accuracy

? Uses technical knowledge and experience

? Establishes effective work relationships across boundaries

? Integrates into sales team and across organization

? Shows integrity, trust and loyalty

? Complies with rules and regulations

? Communicates openly, effectively and consistently with all stakeholder groups

? Fluent English spoken and written skill
