What are the outputs and deliverables?

Key role & responsibilities
？ Wear company uniform and signs, report to duty on time upon manager’s instructions
？ Responsible for pick up and deliver goods in various locations
？ Act 100% according to company policies , SOP, and instructions
？ Answer questions, fulfill requires from clients and report to next level manager when necessary
？ Coordinate with clients, vendors, affiliates and other stake holders to make sure the delivery is on time and safe.
？ Responsible for the routes design for the station Operations officers, make sure to best balance the manpower, vehicle, paid vendor service and other resource.
？ Supervise operations officers day to day work

？ Coordinate with CS team
？ Other duties and assignments given by line manager Criteria for Success

？ Ability to multi task and coordinate with different people
