Job Description
Accounting:
-Act as financial accountant to be responsible for the company booking.
-Deal with tax report monthly and yearly
-Handle financial audit yearly
-Arrange payment to suppliers according to payment term and proper approval
-Make monthly reimbursement
-Liaise with business controller in HK for financial analysis report, tax report, Group & local statutory report etc
Human Resources:
-Support employee on board & Exit process and manage employment contract, probation etc.
-Manage monthly payroll and social benefit of employees in a timely and accurate manner
-Manage attendance and leave record to make sure accurate data record and align with company policy
-Providing service in regards to Visa and work permit documentation
Office Administration:
-Office installation including decoration and related legal issues handling
-Responsible for general office management and daily operations, Including Receipt of all incoming telephone calls and visitors, office facilities/security management, office equipment maintenance (VI accordance, cleaning, security, gardening),
-Manage and order stationery and office supplies etc.
-Traveling booking and arrangement. Expense receipt checking
-Company stamp management
-Annual review handling for company registration documents
-Assist on company activities.
Qualification:
- Certificate of accounting
-Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or Social Science
-At least three years' graduate recruitment relevant experiences within a services or multinational corporation environment;
-Experience within a multi-cultural, preferably multi-national environment is desirable;
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
-Negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;
-Client service focus with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility;
-Proven project management experience and strong organization skills;
-Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction;
-A high level of discretion and confidentiality;
-A team player;
-Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands;
-A 'can do' attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team;

Shanghai World Fashion (China) Limited, a young dynamic company with long term roots in different fields of the apparel industry, was established in 2009 to meet the enlarging purchasing request in China. It was invested by Shanghai World Fashion Limited which is located in Hong Kong with hareholders of ORCHESTRA ASIA LIMITED( www.orchestra.fr ) and VEGOTEX INTERNATIONAL( www.vegotex.com ).
Start from zero, SWF Shanghai has developed fast and purchase annually more than 30 million US dollars now.
The main objective of SWF is to provide quality work without compromise. In order to achieve the goals, it’s equipped with adequate logistics and staff including Merchandiser dept., QC dept., QA dept., purchasing and following international standards such as AQL 1.5, 2.5.
At present it has more than 50 partner factories in China and 100 in Bangladesh covering all levels of apparel industries.
