Job Description
Reports to the Art Director and works with the Engagement Team to support content across a variety of clients and industries. Graphic design excellence and a great sense of design are the foundation – but as a full-service agency there is opportunity to integrate video, motion graphics, and other types of content into our client’s work.

Required Skills
? Excellence with Adobe CC - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
? Experience with photography, video, motion graphics, or website design a major plus
? Up to date with latest marketing and design trends
? Ability to ideate, especially around social media content and campaign ideas
? Familiarity with WeChat backed and supporting programs a plus

Team Experience
? Works well with both Chinese and international colleagues
? Not afraid to voice own opinions and proactively participate in brainstorming
? Open to change – continuously learning and improving own skill set as well as company abilities
? Take ownership of personal outcomes and responsible for team’s results
? Can become part of the Brandigo “family”

Qualifications/Requirements
? 2+ years’ work experience in advertisement, design, or digital marketing
? B.A. in art, design
? Familiar with key marketing concepts and trends, especially digital, social media and branding
? Excellent design sense and theoretical foundation
? Ability to ideate, share, and develop creative ideas together with the team
? Up to date with current topics and China internet/social media topics
? Has excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude
? Is a self-starter with a high level of self initiative
? Chinese national or holds a valid China working visa
