Skills and knowledge required
1.Business/ Marketing/ Sales degree or similar
2.Preferred 3 years’ experience in a similar role
3.Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
4.Experience with Logistics Companies and Export regulations is desirable
5.High level of proficiency with Excel, Word and PPT

Major Job Functions
1. Customer Service
2. Production date confirmation with factories/ GM/ FM
3. Arrange Inspection of mass cargo, samples and spare parts
4. Admin Support Timing.

Customer Service
Liaise with customers for order follow up.
Expedite customer requests and verify customer orders are processed correctly.
Monitor and ensure delivery dates will meet customer’s requirements. Advise the FM and GM when they will not.
Confirm special handling orders are expedited
Prepare and confirm artwork with customer and supplier then sign off for production
Record and assist to resolve customer complaints with related departments
Perform Sales Analysis, controlling and prepare monthly reports (on time and customer service)
Make export shipping documentation for every shipment (Packing lists, Commercial Invoices)
With the GM formulate and implement long-term strategies to improve service quality
Co-ordinate with vendors/ logistic service providers about order processing and raise issues and help to resolve them.

Arrange Inspection of mass cargo, samples and spare parts
Coordinate with factories and engineering team so that the inspections are done on time to meet the shipment schedule.
Communicate any issues about shipments, rework and rejected products to the GM immediately

Production date confirmation
Organize mass cargo pre-shipment inspections and deal with non-standard services
Internal communication with the related departments such as purchase, finance and engineer
Other duties as assigned by FM and G.M

Admin Support
1.Buy air/ train/ bus tickets and book hotels for company travel.
2.Confirm travel and print E-tickets and itineraries
3.Canton fair arrangements (Supplier/ Booth list and travel arrangements)
4.Assist GM, FM and Accountant with special projects and other duties as required.
