财务经理
岗位职责Job Description:
1、领导财务部门
Build and lead the finance department
2、监督会计和财务职能的所有方面，包括会计，报告，预测，现金流和合规性
Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial functions, including accounting, reporting, forecasting, cash flows and compliance
3、准备预算，预测和业务计划，并持续监控和审查业绩，向董事会和第三方利益相关者提供可靠的差异报告; 准备和提交季度和年度财务报告给高管和董事会
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and continued monitoring & review of performance against them to enable robust reporting of variances to the Board and third party stakeholders; Prepare and present quarterly and annual financial reports to executives and the board.
4、所有账本和最终GL结余包括每月的资产负债表和控制账户的审查责任
Responsibility for all journals and final GL balances including review of month end balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts
5、确保公司会计记录和财务系统的准确性和完整性
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's accounting records and financial systems
6、管理财务每月整理；保持准确和完整的财务报表
Manage the monthly consolidation of financials; maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial statement
7、通过建立、监控和执行政策和程序指导财务决策
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
8、通过建立、监控和执行内部控制来保护资产
Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
9、通过审核进行财务状况并向外部审计师提供信息
Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors
10、监督所有税务和监管/合规问题
Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues
11、对财务战略作出决定
Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy

应聘者要求：
1、性别不限，本科以上学历，财务相关专业；
2、5年以上财务相关工作经验，其中至少2年财务经理工作经验；
3、良好的沟通能力和抗压能力；
4、性格开朗，有较强的领导力。
