职位描述：
1) Give feedback to management in order to reach the hospital's annual plan and development.
根据医院总体发展规划和年度工作计划，组织实施，经常督促检查，按期总结汇报。
2) Implement the management's instruction and keep good communications and deliver suggestion from colleagues to management.
严格执行院部的统一指令，认真做好上情下达、下情上报工作，将院部信息及时、准确地传达到科室每位员工；向院部及时反馈科室员工的意见和建议。
3) Set up and implement department's policy and technique attain management's require. Check the steps and avoid any mishandlings.
制定并认真执行医院和科室的各项规章制度和技术操作常规，达到上级部门的质控要求。经常检查安全措施，严防并及时处理差错事故。
4) Follow up new break through or any new testing system from domestic or international counterpart and update the department.
积极组织全科人员学习、运用国内外医学先进经验，开展专业领域的新技术、新项目。
5) Keep in close contact with clinic and exchange ideas to keep up the standards and avoid mistakes.
经常与临床科室联系，征求意见，改进工作。
6) Follow up any new quality control systems, which are required by Shanghai Center for Clinical laboratory.
根据市临检中心要求，制定并及时更新本科室的质量控制工作程序及操作规程。
7) Keep the quality control and correct in case the control might be out of the range and strictly carry out the sample tests which sent by Shanghai Center for Clinical laboratory for cross check to test the quality of the department's test.
检查质控情况、及时处理纠正失控情况。认真完成市临检中心及科室布置的各项质控任务。
8) Following the cleaning and maintenance and make the machines keep running.
负责仪器保养、联系维修、报修等，使其处于正常的运作状态。
9) Responsibility for reagent and other things that are needed for the department's daily task.
负责试剂的订购、配制。
10) Making quality control check of all equipments before starting any patient's sample.
每个工作日应首先做好血常规,尿分析,生化项目的室间质控与记录,符合要求后才能进行标本检测。
11) Registering the incoming and outgoing sample and giving out test's report.
标本接收要登记,按检验项目检测,核对并发放报告单。
12) Report the infectious disease according to CDC's requirement without any misleading.
属法定传染病，均应根据疾控中心要求填好传报单，做到传报准确、及时、无漏报现象。
13) Rechecking and registering for abnormal test result.
异常结果要复查，并将复查结果登记在册。
14) Communicating full understanding with members of the department for hand over and take over.
及时与科室成员沟通,做好每日交接工作。
