1. Main tasks & responsibilities will include 主要职责:
1)Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets for leading German imported frozen potato brand为德国领先冷冻薯条品牌制定和实施达成目标的销售策略
2)Source and develop client relationships寻找和开发客户关系
3)Customer Relationship Management客情关系维护
4)Generate leads in order to develop the sales pipeline寻找销售线索
5)Research target clients and achieve appointments搜索目标客户
6)Development of new accounts and distribution partners in China在国内开发新的客户和分销渠道合作伙伴
7)Negotiation with customers on products/terms/prices as well as long term frame agreements与客户洽谈产品、交货期、价格和供货框架
8)Pricing and Margin management价格体系管理
9)Ordering and managing sample requests样品管理
10) Compiling the weekly sales meeting figures, analyzing variances and reporting back findings编制销售周报
11) After-sales support and customer service售后支持
12) Represent brand in China and at international food exhibition (Anuga, SIAL etc.) 参加国内外展会
2. Candidate Profile候选人资格:
1)At least 5 years’ experience & track record in frozen potato sales business拥有5年以上冷冻薯条产品销售工作经验
2)Knowledge of potato product, distribution channel, international trade terms and conditions as well as good understanding of in logistics and imported food customs procedures熟悉冷冻薯条产品,分销渠道,国际贸易条款,了解物流和进出口食品报关清关流程;
3)Basic computer skills,familiar with MS software电脑熟练,熟悉MS软件;
4)Ability to develop strong business partnerships, influence positively and persuasive tactics具备开发维护客户关系的能力,具有影响力和说服力;
