职位描述：
1. Understands and strictly follows Company Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

3. Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for new comers to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.

4. Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for working team and supervises closely to ensure their strict following.

5. Support and report to superior, cooperate with related team member to archive engineering target. Fulfill tasks from superior on time;

6. Plan and lead engineering review to ensure engineering material integrity and correctness, contact responsible person and follow up the correction and/or clarification of the question if found;

7. Finish engineering material according to valid rules and standards before time stamp of engineering schedule and record according to engineering process. Report in good time in advance to superior if schedule cannot be met;

8. Responsible for qualified local components used on localized equipment in own area of expertise to ensure fulfill with Valmet standard;

9. Support production designed field installation, commissioning and collected problems and give suggestion, discuss with superior then give solution and follow up the situation;
支持现场安装、调试，收集问题并给出建议，与主管探讨解决方案并对情况发展进行跟踪；
10. Ensure project information in responsible field be handout to the corresponding group/department and/or partner/customer on time, including support to internal or external workshop;

11. Continuously improve design quality required by quality target and customer feedback listed in quality system;

任职要求：
1. Bachelor or above;
本科及以上；
2. Good command of foreign language;
能流利使用外语进行工作；
3. Good skills in mechanical engineering systems: PDM, AutoCAD, Catia, VPM;
具备一定的使用维美德机械设计系统的能力: PDM, AutoCAD, Catia, VPM
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Valmet Paper Engineering related work;
至少有5年从事与维美德设计相关的工作经验；
5. Excellent knowledge of Valmet product scope within responsibility area;
精通负责范围内的维美德产品知识；
6. Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system.
具有ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001质量管理体系意识。
7. Knows relative theory and control method of products quality;
具备产品质量管理控制的相关理论和方法；
