Responsibilities:

• In charge of PSI (Product, Sales & Inventory) meetings, establish stock planning mechanics and work alongside with sales team to improve forecast performance
• Organize and lead weekly S&OP calls with customers and sales to improve collaborative forecasting
• Able to conduct root-cause analysis over forecast error, provide feedback of such results to the respective sales team in various markets in Asia, validate submitted forecast from customer and apply business know-how to challenge forecasting data
• Support new product development process and manage data discrepancy between sales feasibility and submitted forecast
• Establish a platform to discuss actions to liquidate slow moving or obsolete stocks, take all promotional, liquidation and seasonal activities into the forecasting process
• coordinate with business managers in different Asia markets to prepare supply chain forecast to align with both sales and financial plans
• Coordinate with factories on production schedule
• Inventory control and reconciliation over all warehousing and VMI facilities in Asia
• Maintain high data accuracy in BAAN MPS system, utilize supply chain planning tools such as Logility to manage and improve demand forecasting
• Provide regular management reports over inventory and forecasting performance, identify plans to improve forecasting accuracy
• Develop an agile supply chain with calculated safety stock to support business volatility across multiple inventory needs in Asia

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in International Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in supply chain management with 3 years in regional planning role
• Experience in material and production planning is a plus
• Superb technical skills in developing excel models to enable supply chain reviews over highly fluctuated demand
• Proven leadership with strong people skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Proven experience of working in a multi-cultural environment across Asia
• Excellent influential and communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and analysis
