Standard library update and swatch request
Standard maintaining.
Vendor monitoring received and input.
Vendor monitoring report schedule confirmation.
Spreadsheet collect and distribute
Monthly reimbursement checks and approve.
Inline Inspection Report Review.
Final Inspection Report Review.
Customer Compliance report.
Upload PP sample PPT to FTP

Fabric organization: Take responsible to organize fabric swatches and documents after out sourcing.

CAD/Strike off follow up: Good communication skill with vendor tracking fabric sample and feedback.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
*College Graduate with Fluent English
*At least 1 years related experience is preferred.
*Detail oriented, careful, patience oriented and organized.
*Be capable of hard work and dependable.
*Flexible & Patient.
*Basic knowledge on textile
*Knowledge on PPT & Excel
