职位描述：
1. Attend kick-off meetings
2. Process new customer quotes
3. Attend new program launches/program reviews (pursuit)
4. Negotiate supplier T&C and other program specifics (RFQ)
5. Implement commodity strategies in customer programs
6. Send out RFQs (program specific)
7. Complete quote summary (program specific)
8. Process Spot Buys to support production launch (samples, PPAP, tooling, etc.)
9. Packaging assessment at time of quote
10. Sourcing new supplier single project related (i.e. only single program will use this supplier/material)
11. Customer Directed sources. PM & Sales present document.
12. Kick-off of workflow (maintaining Material Master) & SAP data management
13. Lead interface with Engineering and vendors for technical reviews (program specific)
14. Identify/communicate critical items on BOM (lead times, quality, sourcing) to Program team

1. Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949 system and quality tools.
2. Good command of SAP.
3. Profound knowledge and experience in Project Management
4. Knowledge of Purchasing Tools and Methods
5. Legal / Contracting Competency
6. Ability to Communicate/Present
7. MS PPT, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook

1. Education: Bachlor degree of supply chain, logistics, engineering or project management or above
2. Fluent English skills in speech and writing, able to negotiate in English
3. Purchsasing,Quality and Manufacturing experience preferred
4. Proven capabilities in problem solving
5. Good communication skills and negotiation skills
6. Ability to Cooperate and Work in Teams
7. Willingness to travel and work under pressure
