职位描述：
1. The Consultant is responsible for answering enquiries by emails and phone, and provide course consultancy to potential customers.

2. Welcome walk-in customers, provide information on That’s Mandarin curriculum, and help with registration and course scheduling.

3. Handle clients’ complaints and feedback with high quality customer service.

4. Establish partnerships with foreign agencies, foreign companies, embassies, etc., to develop new markets.

5. Take customers’ suggestions and direct them to the relevant staff to constantly optimize workflow.

6. Implement the company’s rules and regulations, build good relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction and maintain the positive image of the school.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; English major graduates preferred.

2. CET level 6 and above; the ability to communicate in English fluently with English native speakers.

3.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to form good relationships with colleagues and customers.

4. Must be articulate, with an ability to speak the standard Mandarin.

5. Able to think quickly and deal effectively with emergencies.

6. Must possess a good team spirit, be responsible,detail-oriented and able to follow directions.

7. Have previous experience in the education industry, telemarketing and student recruitment.

8. Study/work abroad experience preferred.
