职位描述：

主要工作内容为客户提供现场技术和物料供应服务等。此职位大部分时间需要出差到客户现场。

Responsibilities

- Support customer production by coordinating the delivery and supply of Novelis materials.

- Collect, report and track the quality issues of Novelis materials on the site of customer.

- Support the sales activities in terms of sales confirmation, statistics reports etc.

- Coordinate for the inventory management, material supply, customer demand and other issues from JIT warehouse and customer site.

Requirements

- College degree

- 2+ years experience in field customer service

- Solid knowledge for the process of order to cash and logistics.

- Excellent customer service skills

- Pay attention to the detail

- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with others through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship

- Ability to organize and prioritize workload;

- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment

- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency
