Job description
·Work with project team / Partner in active cross border M&A transactions and business development opportunities
·Conduct industry or sector research as needed
·Data analysis and interpretation (including financial statements)
·Report/PPT chart elaboration
·Support project acquisition and proposal elaboration
·Moderate communication with clients
·Translation capability
·The incumbents will participate in delivering complex solutions to a diverse client base. To team with others, synthesize information and develop solid conclusions.
Requirements
·Bachelors degree above
·Renowned university graduate with a professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
·Accounting or Finance knowledge is a must
·Min 3-4 years relevant experience
·Strong analytical and structural thinking
·Self-motivated and target oriented
·Professional work attitude and reliability
·High team orientation and capable to work within project schedules
·Willing to travel(Occasionally)
·Fluent in English, both oral and writing
