职位描述：
工作职责：
1.与教务专员一起进行班级教室管理，保证教室安排不冲突；
2.定期参与课堂参观，公开课，协助外教整理课后报告，与学术顾问（Study Advisor）配合跟踪学生学习情况及时反馈给家长。与行政和教学团队协同合作提高家长和学生在校满意度；
3.安排考试，监考，监督自习，必要时需要辅导或检查学生作业；
4,整理学生课后反馈，反馈给教师及家长；
5.本校区教材、试卷和图书管理，月底负责盘点；
6.与学术顾问及行政团队日常紧密合作确保中心顺利营运；
7.支持部分校区行政事务；

任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.接受应届毕业生，有助教、家庭教师相关实习经验者优先；
3.英语良好，能和外教流畅沟通或有一定英语基础，愿意挑战英文工作环境；
4.有亲和力，对学生有耐心；
5.对出国留学、教育行业感兴趣；
6.学习能力强，愿意接受新事物，愿意接受挑战；

In 2014, New Pathway has successfully closed our merger with EIC Education, one of China’s top　education companies. Over the past five years, New Pathway has expanded from one SAT class in　Shanghai to multiple locations in Shanghai, Beijing, and the US to serve thousands of students and　families from China.
 
EIC-New Pathway will continue to operate independently to serve all of our client’s needs in test prep　and counseling. The reason we decided to join EIC is to improve our own service to our families but　also work as a partner with EIC to expand our services to more families across China.

Joining EIC　will allow New Pathway broader reach as New Pathway will expand its services further in Shanghai　(WuJiaoChang and People’s Square) as well as 1 new center in Beijing, 1 new center in Shenzhen,　1 new center in Hong Kong, and 1 new center in New York over the next 12 months. We will also be　able to provide a wider range of products and services for our customers such as IELTS test　preparation, counseling services for students applying to non-US schools (UK, Australia, etc.), and　more　extracurricular activities and camps for students to participate in.
