职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Picking up the telephone
2. Provide good and satisfaction service to customer, visitor and employees
3. Receive, organizes, and distributes daily mails, freight and express
4. Order and stock control for stationery etc.
5. Conference room management
6. Other administrative job which assigned by Office Manager
7. Be responsible for the visitor welcoming, courier handling, stationery management etc.
8. Support on employee activity, and other office admin issues handling as managers required

Requirements:
1. Be able to start immediately and can work full time until graduation
2. Fluent English, capable to handle incoming foreign guests and English calls confidently
3. Nice voice and no strong accent in either mandarin or English
4. Welcoming gesture and "can-do" attitude with team spirit
