工作职责：

1. 协助项目经理工作，参与室内装饰装修项目（投标至竣工），其中包括询价、供应商洽谈、工料计算、协调材料交货时间、审核产品清单、开发新供应商、寻求市场信息，保持与供应商和业主之间良好的沟通。

任职要求：

1. 专科或以上学历；

2. 1年以上工程监理工作经验，有室内装饰装修和家具经验；

3. 具有机电知识并有相关的结构工作经验，有国内奢侈品店铺项目施工的经验优先考虑；

4. 熟练运用Excel, MS Projects 等办公软件，能看懂CAD图纸的优先考虑；

5. 良好的组织能力，有责任感，工作勤奋努力；

６. 工作独立性强，能承受压力。
