职位描述：
一、 岗位工作内容
1. Responsible for Sales, Operations and Profit and Loss for YFRW Shanghai Office.
2. Develop business opportunities from target accounts & existing customers
3. Manage/Lead team of outdoor sales executives, for Shanghai Office, for new business
solicitation for all services by setting up various Key Performance Indicators ( K.P.I ) to achieve
company sales focus and budget
4. Accountable for the profit and loss for Shanghai Office by a) minimizing the overall cost and
Administration expense and b) maximizing the revenue / income.
5. Manage the teams to co-ordinate with Pricing Team Senior Manager for Request for
Quotation & Tender process
6. Lead the Sales Teams to secure freehand Cargo in term of cargo volume and improve
revenue
7. Achieve the sales budget of the company goal on Business Development
8. Work and support overseas agents and customers for the business requirement
9. Ensure managers to carry out daily operations to compile with customers’ Standard
Operating Procedure ( S.O.P ) establishment with various Key Performance Index ( K.P.I. ) to
meet the shipping requirement.
10. Work closely with YFRW China Offices and Hong Kong Office for various joint Sales
Campaigns and AD-HOC projects to cope with market requirement.
二、岗位要求
Degree Holder in Sales & Marketing / Business or shipping related
Solid experience in sea freight forwarding and airfreight business
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good at communication and presentation skill
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Occasional travel to East China & North China for sales management & support
三、工作关系
外部 : Customers, Overseas Agents, Ocean Carriers, Air Lines, Co-loaders,
Warehouses and Service Providers etc
内部 : Accounting Dept, Sales Team, Operations Dept, China Offices, Hong Kong
Offices and YATFAI Business Units.
四、工作时间
周一至周五 9:00-12:30 14:00-18:00
