Responsibilities:

Review the process quality control preparation during pilot run and highlight discrepancy area for correction
Prepare and review quality documentation for production start
Verify the quality of the first production units with applicable documentation (technical, packaging and quality) and approval sample
Conduct pre-shipment quality assurance inspection to secure first launch quality
Monitor the execution and result of On-going Reliability Test (ORT)
Conduct random quality test, process audit, component-level deviation check, review meeting with suppliers to ensure design and quality consistency
Review and monitor the performance of the suppliers' QC function, and assist suppliers to develop the quality competency through "Certified QA" scheme

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
3 - 5 years quality inspection/testing experience in consumer electronics products, preferably computer, phone or tablet products; minimum 1 year experience in working directly with external product manufacturers
Knowledge in quality system management (e.g. ISO9001) and quality process management (e.g. PCBA fabrication, PCBA testing, ESD control, cosmetic control)
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
Fluency in Mandarin and written English (Good spoken English is preferred)
