职位描述：
1、 协助总经理处理上海公司日常运作事务及与各职能部门的协调、管理工作领导建立公司内部良好的沟通渠道，协调各部门关系
2、 负责总经理所有文件的收发、核对、归档管理
3、 办公室人事、行政、业务、证照管理及办理
4、 负责挂牌企业信息披露工作
5、 完成总经理交办的其他临时性任务
任职要求：1、本科及以上学历，文秘相关专业优先
2、熟练使用办公设备及OFFICE软件，word、excel、PPT等
4、理解能力强，具有良好书面写作及沟通表达能力
5、具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神，有较强的执行能力，能承受一定的工作压力；
6、有较强的沟通、组织、分析、判断能力，具有优秀的处理公共事务能力；
7、五官端正、仪态大方、头脑灵活、综合素质高
