職責:

• 審核工藝程序，監督初次批量的質量保證檢查
• 與質量技術人員合作、評估和監控供應商的產品和過程質量績效，並在加工技能、縫合技術和工藝控制上加以改良
• 與供應商合作制定技術解決方案，不斷改良產品質量
• 為採購團隊提供技術支援 定義可接受的標準
• 為不同產品起草可靠性試驗計劃
• 從製造技術方面評估供應商、建立供應商認可名單
• 如有質量不良情況，提出必要措施以免產品質量下降

要求:

• 大專以上工程或技術學科畢業生
• 5年或以上前線品管經驗，尤有軟包/紡織產品技術，模型車間和生產相關經驗為佳
• 具與供應商持續改善績效相關經驗為先
• 性格外向, 具良好語言及積極溝通能力
• 能理解及以書面英語溝通，具口語溝通能力優先
• 能用Excel和Powerpoint編寫質量報告

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engineering evaluation on production and quality assurance inspection on initial batches
• Work with Quality Technician to assess and monitor the product and process quality performance of supplier and to identify improvement opportunity (key focus on processing skill, stitching technique and workmanship control)
• Constantly assess supplier capability and weakness and identify improvement opportunity
• Provide on-site technical support to Sourcing team
• Conduct process and quality review in pilot run, physical testing and PP meeting; formulate corrective action and ensure all quality problems are readily solved before production start
• Escalate whenever adverse quality progress happens which may affect production schedule

Requirements:

• Technical graduate from University/College, preferably Engineering discipline
• More than 5 years of solid front-line technical work experience in soft case/textile products, preferably in model-shop and production/ industrial/ quality engineering
• Proven track record in supplier continuous improvement drive
• Outgoing personality with good language and communication skills
• Able to understand and communicate in written English, spoken English ability is preferred but not a must
• Able to compile quality report with Excel and Powerpoint
