Job Description主要工作描述:
1,公司日常行政、人事工作提供支援及管理。特别在对工作的时间安排及工作先后上要有合理的管理,以致每项工作都能按时完成 Provide HR & Administrative support to the company, in particular manage the time and priorities to keep office business on schedule.
* 公司行政日常工作 Administration works
* 指导和协调日常行政工作及人员的安排。如:人员及车辆的出行安排、保洁人员的管理、办公室日常维修维护等Direct and Coordinate the activities of personnel responsible for administrative clerical supporting company. Employees / A Yi / Vehicles / Office Maintenances
* 英文的笔译及口译翻译工作Capability to act as a Translator / Interpreter
* 日常的采购工作的计划及安排。如:日用、办公用品等。Internal Office supplies purchase plans and actions

* 招聘前期的简历筛选、电话面试 Initial resume selection and phone interviews for HR Recruitment
* 办理员工入职所需文件的签署及公司情况介绍 Transactions of new hire's documentation signing & Orientaion
* 员工的人事档案的整合、资料录入等 Employee data integration, material input
* 员工的招、停工办理 Transactions related to new hires and dismission work
* 员工出勤记录的管理 Absence records
* 社保及公积金缴纳的办理 Insurance transactions

Requirements职位能力要求:
- 优秀的书写及沟通能力。流利的英文听、说、读、写能力 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Fluency in English
- 熟练使用各项相关办公应用软件 High level of expertise in office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 逻辑思维强、有组织能力、专业精神。注重细节是必要的基本素质 Logical, organized, professional approach. Attention to detail is essential.
- 具备良好的应变能力及主动、机智、积极的解决问题的能力 Initiative, resourcefulness, proactive problem solving ability
- 具备同时处理不同事物的能力 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a very dynamic environment
- 要有高度的保密意识 Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive information appropriately
- 要具备开朗、善良的个性。有进取心和自信心 Good personality, aggressive and confident.

- 三年以上的相关工作经验。大专或以上学历 3+ year similar working experience. College degree or above
