职位描述：
主要职责：
1、熟悉二步法工艺，负责吹瓶机（ISBN系列)的技术管理调试等工作，制定维护保养、大修计划，对设备进行有效的预防性保养，保持良好机械效率；
2、检查和分析各项记录表，进行故障根本原因分析和评估，优化操作方式、维护保养内容；持续不断对生产设备进行技术改进，编制设备sop；
3、负责团队培训的技术资料；对操作工和维修工进行技术支持和技术培训，不断提高操作水平和维修技能；
4、负责吹瓶机备件的管理，保证维护备件的可用性、备件质量、备件库存，减少维护时间，并且降低维修费用；
5、负责设备在生产过程中的工艺调整、维修保养计划、备件采购等沟通协调工作；
6、运用注拉吹等生产工艺，开展研发生产
7、完成上级领导安排的相关工作。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，年龄35-50岁；
2、3年以上饮料行业和饮用水行业吹瓶相关的工作经验；
3、非常熟悉二步法工艺，对注拉吹手法有着丰富的经验；
4、工作认真，有责任感，具有团队协作精神，良好的沟通能力。
