职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Quality Control
- In-process quality issues solving and train QC to fulfill raw material and product inspection. Deal with the quality problem with suppliers.
- Collects and analyze product quality data and continuously improves product quality. Consolidates and reports quality results
- Understands, develops and initiates product quality control plan and quality sampling, inspection and testing procedure and standard as per drawings, product specifications, and customers’ requirement.
- Analyzes Customer complaint. Handle returned products, and corrective action verification.
- First article for raw material.
- Held weekly and monthly meeting to solve quality issue and improve product quality.
2. Quality Assurance
- Quality system maintenance, daily running and improve gradually, assure the validity of all the documents, arrange discussion of running process and documents revise
- Internal system audit, customer audit and the third party audit
- Assure the production to be controlled in EHS policy and standard.
- Maintain manual, documents, records and reports on the status of the Quality Process
- Supplier quality management (complaint, audit, project coordination, first sampling).
- Develop annual audit plan and implementation.
- Monitor and regular calibration for measuring devices.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assign by line leader and department manager.

Knowledge, Skills, Experiences：
1. Bachelor or above in Mechanical or Mechatronic degree.
2.5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, preferably. Experience with 3C certificate, UL certificate and ISO quality system is preferred.
3. Fluent in English (oral and written)
4.ISO quality system understanding
5.3C certificate and UL certificate understanding.
6. Good communication and cooperation skill
7.Good time management
