Job Description
Proactively drive the identification and development of new sales opportunities for EVIGATE. Build cross client company knowledge and relationships to secure access to key decision makers to develop and close sales opportunities. Combine telephone/email/webinar based sales activity with regular on the ground direct sales activity in the offices of each client.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
? Deliver the quarterly and annual sales targets from the assigned portfolio of pharma clients
? Drive new sales of EVIGATE
o Through research and direct engagement with clients understand their business characteristics, issues and unmet needs and position EVIGATE as a key business solution to support their business
o Manage relationships within the assigned clients and network throughout each client target to identify new contacts, interested departments and stakeholders, proactively establish contact and set up meetings and EVIGATE demonstrations to develop and drive new sales opportunities to closure
? Develop business opportunities for wider EVIGATE services
? Monitor and understand the pharma industry, identify trends in the market and be able to speak confidently about the market to clients
? Accurately capture sales opportunities status ,report on progress by weekly basis
Key Competencies
? Demonstrable business development and sales track record of selling to pharma companies
? Experience of selling pharmaceutical facing Marketing, Medical etc.
? Demonstrable track record of client engagement; managing and building excellent, productive client relationships at all levels in the organisation
? Ability to interact professionally with senior management at client companies
? Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in China
? Knowledge of the needs of individual departments and business units within the pharma companies and the contribution each plays to the overall functioning of the organisation
? Ability to collaborate internally working with sales colleagues and product teams to drive innovative solutions including short term customization and development and client insights that drive recommendations for long term product development

Minimum Education and Experience:
? Bachelor degree above with preferable of Healthcare/medical related major
? 3 years above sales experience in pharma industry
? Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English
? Self-motivated, able to work independently but also a strong team player and contributor within the organisation
? Excellent presentation and communication skills
