职位描述：

Responsibilities

Perform supplier qualifications per standard process and work with suppliers on corrective actions, as needed.
执行标准质量检验过程，必要时与供应商探讨并制订纠正措施。
Conduct First Article Inspections, In-process Inspections and Final Inspections as required to meet product quality requirements.
进行首件检验、过程检查和最终检查，使产品符合质量要求。
Resolve supplier quality issues during product development stage and mass productions. Work with suppliers on Corrective Action / Preventative Actions (CAPA).
在产品开发阶段和量产阶段解决供应商质量问题。与供应商共同制订纠正/预防措施（CAPA).
Assist suppliers with improvements to manufacturing processes and quality controls to reduce rejects and scrap, and lower costs.
协助供应商改善生产工艺和质量控制，减少废品和废料，降低成本。
Training and support of suppliers to meet company requirements.
为供应商提供培训和支持，以满足公司的要求。
Provide clear and timely written or verbal communication, advising management of critical supplier issues.
提供清晰、及时的书面或口头沟通，对供应商的关键问题提出管理意见。
Develop and prepare reports as required by Shanghai and Headquarters Management.
根据上海和总部的要求提供质量报告。

Requirements

所需的技能和能力

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
学士学位，机械、质量或制造工程专业。
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering.
至少5年以上质量、制造或工程方面的工作经验。
Familiar with standard quality concepts such as 8D, AQL, CAPA, 6 sigma, etc.
熟悉标准的质量概念，如8D,AQL,CAPA,六西格玛等。
Good understanding of standard manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, machining, stamping, casting, painting, plating, etc.
熟悉塑料注塑、机械加工、冲压、铸造、喷漆、电镀等标准生产流程。
Able to use quality inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparator, hardness tester, etc.
能够使用质量检测设备，如卡尺、千分尺、CMM、投影仪、硬度仪等。
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
良好的英语和中文书面和口头沟通能力。
Good PC skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access).
良好的电脑技能，包括办公软件（Excel, Word,PowerPoint和Access）.
