职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the visual presentation of the store, working alongside managers in the store to ensure that the store is both visually pleasing but it is contributing to maximizing sales and growth opportunities.
Operations
1.Working with the managers within the store to ensure that Visual Merchandising is in place to the highest standard
2.Ensure at all times the store is ‘shoppable’ and customers have a premium Superdry experience when visiting the store
3.To help maximize store sales and profitability through following and successfully implementing visual standards in windows, on mannequins and the shop floor product according to company guidelines, promotional activity and seasonal trends.
4.To ensure that all visual merchandising initiatives are implemented as per Visual Merchandising guidelines
5.Have a clear understanding of buying and retail trends across all product merchandise and have detailed knowledge of the product journey
People
1.To coach and develop the store staff on the importance of maintaining brand standard and Visual Merchandising presentation to ensure standards are consistent at all times

Lead by example by taking part in customer interaction when opportunities occur
Qualifications/Skills and Experience Required

7.A minimum 2 years’ experience working as visual merchandising in fashion retail
