职位描述：
As a Ticketing Agent, you will be working with a variety of clients across our business travel customer base who require the provision of timely and accurate ticketing, supporting processes where robotic tools are not available or fail in their operation. You will be expected to cover all aspects of ticketing, including issuing, refunds and exchanges across air services.

Requirements
? Fast and accurate processing of ticket processing, be it new issues, refunds or exchanges, including all calculations
? Troubleshooting if any problems or errors arise, following process through to issuance
? Investigation and resolution of Agency Debit Memos, following up with airline contact where necessary
? Must have experience of using a Travel GDS system such as Travel Sky. Ideally from within a Business Travel, Leisure Travel, Airlines or similar environment.
? Native Chinese and fluent English
