1、负责公司前台接待及电话转接；
2、负责公司信件、报刊、文件等的签发和分发；
3、维护办公区域环境卫生；
4、负责员工考情管理、统计；
5、负责公司员工名片的印制；
6、负责进出公司人员的登记；
7、负责行政费用结算及报销（订购火车票和飞机票、酒店等）；
8、协助组织公司行政类活动，协助部门经理进行其他人事行政管理类工作；
9、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、工作积极主动、细致耐心、性格开朗，相貌端正，声音甜美，带人热情，具有良好的沟通能力；
2、年龄20~30岁；
3、大专学历，有一定工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
4、对前台工作有一定了解，熟悉使用WORD和EXCEL.
