职位描述：
Hierarchy: Reports to QC Manager

Mission: To handle and follow up of all in house lab test for Client and factories.

Responsibilities:
? Overall responsibility for in-house physical lab
? Review testing documents
? Collect sample, study and perform test
? Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; trouble shooting
? Documents information by maintaining daily logs, testing schedule and equipment maintenance record
? Resolves problems by examining and evaluating data; suggest corrective actions
? Responding to merchandising teams
? Record test results, and prepare reports
? Evaluate and recommend changes to help improve test procedures
? Follow through testing result conducted by 3rd party lab
? To perform any other duties as assigned by the management when needed

Requirement:

o Diploma or University graduate
o 3+ years previous lab experience
o Compassion: Empathy is necessary when working closely with factories which might not familiar with testing requirement / procedures
o Attention to detail: Requires exact measurements and a good eye for detail
o Technical skill: Need to understand lab machinery and tools used to conduct tests
o Strong oral and written communication skill in English
o Functional knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Well organize, self-motivate, detailed mind and pro-active

Location:
Position localized in Baoan

Conditions:
? 7-8k RMB gross salary
? 10 workdays holidays / year + China official days off.
