Responsible:
Perform application support for business applications (SAP, SharePoint, Barcode and other system)
Perform application configuration, package management, and advanced troubleshooting
Improves current systems by establishing a thorough understanding of what is to be achieved with the current systems and studying practices, procedures, and problems; recommending modifications
Provide connection between key user/end user and Application Management Service (AMS) provider
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Provide business application training sessions.

Education:
Bachelor degree with Computer Science or equivalent experience

Qualifications:
Knowledge of the following: SAP, Oracle/SQL database, J2EE
Ability to use standard applicable computing disciplines (e.g., change, configuration, problem, performance, and operational management)
Prefer 2+ years of professional business application experience and knowledge
Good communication in both Chinese and English
